PEPSICLOPE:
The party began with a show of alternative culture, in which different
forms of urban expression were represented. Later The Dame appeared, a
mythological giant guided by a group of manipulators. Two hundred extras
trapped in a web-crane accompanied the passage of The Dame towards an enormous
sun. The spectacle closed with a performance by a musical group comprising
eight drum kits.
In May 1996 it was performed in Barcelona's Cathedral Square in front of more
than 10,000 people. Pepsiclope and the transformation was a project for
Pepsi. This production was later broadcast on Antena 3 television in Spain.
